Kate and Gustavo Romero are the Twin Cities’ nixtamal power couple, bringing their passion for heirloom corn to every dish. They are the creative force behind Oro by Nixta, a James Beard-nominated restaurant where corn is supreme. Their latest venture, Tixtli by Nixta at Graze, is a nod to their early days—serving up incredible tacos, perfect for enjoying on the go.
